Roasted Red Vegetable Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp (10mL) Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 2 Tbsp. (30mL) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. (15mL) olive oil
  • 4 small red potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 2 inch (5cm) pieces
  • 1 small red onion, cut into thin wedges

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).
  2. Combine all ingredients in 13 x 9 inch (32.5 x 22.5cm) baking dish; mix well.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once.
